Looking to apply
I am looking to apply at Frontier and had a few questions.
1. From what I can see PHL is very junior which is good since I live in Virginia. From what I have read frontier has a 2 hour callout on reserve for short call. Do they have a long call? If so what is the mix of short to long?
2. Also from reading other posts it looks like its possible to pick up trips in open time to help make a few extra bucks. Is this easy or hard to do?
3. Any idea of what is competitive experience for getting an interview? Currently I have 4200 hours with 1800 Turbine PIC and 2600 turbine total. All training was 141 with a 4 year degree from the same school. I have a lot of 135 experience but no 121 experience. Is this even ballpark?
Thanks for the help!

2. Picking up open time on reserve doesn’t technically start until March so it’s anyones guess how difficult it is.
3. Your experience is highly competitive. Frontier seems to like hiring a good mix of backgrounds you just need to try to get noticed. There is an online job fair Frontier will be attending April 19th. Best of luck.

It used to be two weeks but it’s increasing. I’m hearing the March class is already full and the April class is almost full with 35+ in every class. Interviews Tuesday’s and Thursday’s each week.

I interviewed February 14th, and was told to expect an April class date.

Aero,
Just wanted to share recruiting events I’ve been told we are attending, like this in April.....I’ve just had it with the same Mgt trolls who bombed all postings but theirs doing the same now, so I tend to request PM to avoid...so ya know.......
