I know what crappy hotels are as well from previous employer. I have no issues with 80 percent of our hotels. The other 20 percent is mainly location, not bed bugs.

Add to the list new RSW, SLC, IND, JAX, CUN, PUJ, SJU and even MCO are in great areas. Yes we have our fair share of nice hotels but at airport locations, I’m expecting that to change with long hotels. To the op, hotels at F9 are nothing to worry about. They were for awhile when Indigo moved in, but’s it better now.

I pi$$ and moan about this place and even I agree... the hotel committee has done a really nice job... we had some crap hotels when I started here and they’re steadily getting better and better... if the operation improved as much as the hotels have, this would be a real airline
