Frontier flight attendants

I heard the company state they were wanting to get serious about a contract with our flight attendants. I don’t have any flight attendant friends in the know. Does anyone know anything of value about their meetings or progress? I’m just curious as to the progress if any of our colleagues.
Thanks

From what I've heard, offers have been exchanged. AFA is sticking to their guns on the ask, which is well above Spirit. Of course, the company offered Spirit +1. Go figure.

I’m guessing the company will stick to the Spirit +1 and the FAs will agree to that or negotiate for years more. I don’t know which of those 2 options I’d like to see more.

The flight attendants have profit sharing (some of them) so they have at least some leverage if they’re willing to give it up like the company wants.

Didn't they give up all profit sharing awhile back?

You’re probably thinking of the pilots. We gave that up in LOA 67 in exchange for market rate wages in 2016 if the Company was profitable.

My bad. I was thinking equity stake. Pilot profit sharing and market rate wages! That's a good one..

Actually, I think I’m wrong on this. We gave up profit sharing for industry leading Company 401k contributions in 2006/7. We gave up other stuff in LOA 67 in return for market rates if the Company was profitable. Our generosity knows no bounds and sometimes it’s hard to keep all of it straight.
