Preferred vs Required Hours?
 
On the Frontier’s website they indicate minimum required hours to apply are 1500 hours does anyone actually get interviewed (outside of fighter pilots) with that low of time or are the 2500 preferred the real minimum?

You can absolutely be hired with the minimum hours. Yes, pilots have been hired with just the minimums. Is it a tough sell? Not really if you're an impressive individual. Will it add insult to injury if you're a jerk? Of course.

I'm interested too. Regional class scheduled for May but would considered Frontier for obvious reasons!. Anyone?

1500 if you are military, other than that they stick to 2500..Source-buddy on interveiw team.

Website has always said that as far as I know. I don’t believe it means 500 turbine PIC tho

It doesn’t mean turbine PIC, just PIC... Of course if you have turbine PIC that’s a plus.
