Starting to see why hiring and upgrades have slowed.

So are you suggesting a work action ?? Are you suggesting pilots work less hours so we can hire more?? I still don't see your reason for posting such an "observation"??
Please elaborate

Settle down turbo. Not everyone wants to fly as much as you. It's not a personal attack.

Turbo .. LOL

Look man, if you have a trust fund or a bread winning spouse then good for you..The rest of us need to earn a living. We all signed a collective contract. You can fly your 60 hours and I can fly my 170. There is no need for work shaming.

Maybe not a personal attack, but an attempt at shaming guys for utilizing a contract we fought hard for. If guys want to make money, let them. It's their negotiated right.

Right. I was pretty happy when I saw a pilot could do 220. It reaffirmed what I already knew. This contract allows for lots of credit, lots of days off, and everything in-between. That was the goal.

I am curious, how many days off did the guy have while crediting 220 in one month? I get excited when I credit over 80. Apparently I’m doing this wrong.*

*genuine question. I’m not being sarcastic.

11. Just looked as I took a pic. Displaced twice, 7 days vac, and training. Only flew 72.
