I try not to get too down on the Mx guys because they’re in the same boat as the rest of us in this turd of an operation. They’re intentionally and chronically understaffed and expected to work at 110% to make up the difference. No sense in taking out our frustrations on them when the decision to run the operation this way is made way above their (and our) pay grade.
