I don’t disagree but that’s our uniform. The CPO tried to change it to include a tie and wings and a better cold weather jacket. Indigo did not want to pay for it. However that doesn’t mean everyone gets to create their own version of a uniform because they don’t like our uniform. Go fly to an airline who’s uniform you like, otherwise you knew coming here that was our uniform. It really bothers me how non uniform we are as a group.

We keep arguing that we need to be paid as legacy pilots. Shouldn’t we at least look the part?
