Default New Outmatch and cog test

I just received the invite to interview and understand the process has changed. There is now a personality test from Outmatch as well as a cog and ATP written. Does anyone have more information on this? Anyone completed this recently?

Cog and personality have been around for a bit. The ATP test is new and no one has a clue yet. Feel free to fill us in on it

So should I be honest, or just consistently dishonest? I'm so confused. No one to look up to in society for guidance anymore, and all that.

I did the cog and personality test back in March. Pretty straight fwd.. be yourself and just choose what you feel like reflects u the best. Cog test was pretty basic like choose 1 out of 4 graphs .. which one represents what you read in the question.. smallest to largest number.. with decimals.. stuff like that.
Good luck

Hey flightlevels, thank you sir for the forthright response to my sarcastic post. I am fortunately and thankfully already here, and it's the best job I've ever had. I'm sure your words will nevertheless be useful to those looking to get on. Good luck to you!

I have an interview later in the month. Does anyone have any information on the ATP test? Is it just common technical questions or a random selection from the FAA written test bank?

A friend used Sheppard Air to brush up on stuff and said it was perfect. But really, it’s all basic IFR and regs, they’re not reinventing the wheel.
