Our PR machine is working overtime this week.

I was thinking this would be something TSA would do at the checkpoint.

This is becoming invasive and orwellian.

Pointless, but its visible so people feel safe. Just wait until someone gets denied boarding and doesn't have Rona. Lawsuits will happen.

It’s a tool to prevent a lawsuit. We can deny boarding now to someone who is obviously sick. According to the gate agents anyhow. I’ll bet not everyone gets one. I Was considering denying boarding to a sick pax till I realized there was 100 seats available to spread out. I’m on a cola so a bit out of the loop.

Just like TSA, it’s theater. People “think” they are safe, so they are.

nail on the head. “Wear a mask!” Which is actually way worse... herd immunity. You’re way worse staying away and not allowing your own immune system to adjust and defend itself. The amount of subpar intelligence on this site is way more viral than the virus 🤦‍♂️
