Recruiting will look at the respondents and decide who they want to meet. I don't now exactly what they're looking for; but we're not an airline of clones.
I absolutely agree with that. My app is in and my resume is polished. I’m going all in.

They hire the person, not the resume.
Frontier has always been very good about
hiring from all backgrounds.

I don't think any of us really know, at this point, what will be truly competitive, but I would imagine it will probably exceed pre-covid legacy competitive quals. ALWAYS put your stuff in though! You can never win at a game that you never try to play. It doesn't take long if you already have your AirlineApps profile completed. I will also add this, F9 hiring has always been about the *real* person, not how many kittens you've rescued or how many little duckies you've cleaned with Dawn dish detergent. So, internal recs from current employees who can speak about the kind of person/pilot you are will go a long way.

Frontier likes a college degree, but isn't nearly as tight about it as the legacies...not even close. I know many, many people here who don't have a bachelor's degree. I have a master's and it wasn't even given a single breath in my interview. I'd bet that your flight experience, personality and internal recommendations will be given far more weight than your lack of degree.

I have confidence that Frontier will continue to hire qualified people based on their personality and genuine belief in the business model. No one has a clue what numbers will be competitive to get your foot in the door.

Very true. An impressive resume will only get you so far here.

I know in the past they’ve given people interview selection notification before the application window closed.

Besides airline apps, is there anything else we have to fill out?
