Article I read mentioned their looking to raise 100 million. That’s less than 5% of the valuation last Jan 2020. Some of our senior management hold equity stakes, I guessing they and indigo are looking to share risk and get paid at the same time. We’ll see what happens?

I think $100m is a placeholder.

That sounds more realistic. I’ll bet it’s still not enough for indigo to lose a controlling interest and what I mentioned about the reason for doing it remains true.
