I don't think it's anything funny as much as it's just standard ALPA/FAA bureaucracy.

Remember last year when a bunch of guys dequaled because a couple instructors didn’t get observed? Well that just happened again so the company and union is more focused on that than the LOA that needs to be put in place for the change. Guys we’re getting scheduled illegally because of the companies mishap.

I just had RGS single day this week....quite a mess....must’ve flip flopped three times that AM on “test” vs “no test”, so even the Ground Training side is pretty chaotic....and the bad part is this is Mike I’d last week, he’s really been the glue of that office for a while.....I’m not jealous of future upgrade classes or new hires as you said the Training Dept really needs to address these recent missteps......growth pains after the ‘vid dormancy, I suppose
Are you saying Mike D has left the training department ? Retire ?
I was supposed to have a the R Loft end of month but it is now showing as a PT. I heard the new program hasn’t been approved by feds yet.

they decided to put together the new program, and never got approval from the FAA. Which is the hold up right now.
