I don’t get the guys that don’t look at the contract. If you don’t have a hotel go book a nice location get all the point and get reimbursed. No van, get an Uber charge the company. You can always make it work out in your favor when the company screws up. You just have to know your contractual rights. Also nothing gets the companies attention more than when it costs them money.

Got it, you would rather set the precedent that pilots “happily” wait for the company to get their act together….
You getting reimbursed probably means the company ends up paying twice, as they probably have something booked somewhere at some point….

It’s a slippery slope……….
when indigo cites past practice and requires everyone to fend for themselves finding hotel accommodations

why can’t they be held accountable for their contractual obligations? and have rooms booked?
