I'm doing a MTC event this Friday. So just from reading through this, assuming everything goes well, would it be accurate to assume it would be several months after the MTC event that I'd start training if I received a cjo? Also that they don't seem to be doing say day interviews at these MTC events?

I would expect to start in the June class as the next class starts in about 10 days. It's possible they may have a last minute seat open in the May class.

They previously have not done interviews at MTC events and doubt they will start. The interview is lengthy (ATP written exam, SBI, tech, hr) and includes badge photo, finger printing and drug testing after receiving a CJO that same day.

All said and done. my MTC-> CJO was under 3 weeks. May class is full, so my interview group will most likely all be in the June one, unless a couple spots open in May. (paperwork takes 2 weeks to process before they get you your class date.)

They used to strictly run classes on the first Monday of the month, give or take. Now they seem to be doing it more every 3-4 weeks depending on how the Calendar falls. There was a May class on 5/2, but sounds like another 5/25?

Anyone at the ATL mtc hear anything new or interesting? What did they say for upgrade times? Just curious.
