Bags
I’ve taken 35 min delays due to gate agents charging for bags. I’ve had all I can take of it, I’m now putting in the delay reports of the delay. Makes no sense to me to delay a flight 35 mins because of charging for bags. You wanna charge for bags do it before boarding not while boarding. Absolutely ridiculous.

I actually don’t think this is too bad of a decision. I can certainly say waiting on hold for SOC is a giant pain in my arse when I would much prefer an IM system.
