I saw that Frontier just updated their rotor transition program application page. Aside from every helo guy/gal and their Mom applying, any thoughts on resume points to stand out from the crowd? I'd imagine a good amount of applicants will be Army helo guys (of which some may/may not have a college degree).
With such low time requirements (i.e. bare bones R-ATP mins), I'm curious as to what would stand out from the crowd? Off the top of my head, I've heard to go to MTC events, professional organization involvement/membership (WIA, etc.), college degree, community volunteer involvement, etc. Any other advice on how to get the app pulled?
Thanks in advance for any recommendations and advice!

Face to face time with a Frontier recruiter and/or letters of rec/golden eagle from a Frontier pilot are the ways to get noticed ahead of everyone else. I wouldn’t spend much time on community service or signing up for the alphabet soup aviation organizations if that’s not your thing.

Most candidates who show up to MTCs do not meet minimums so they do not get invited to interview, however for those that do meet minimums it is an excellent way to accelerate an invitation.

So I keep hearing that a regional FO with 200-300 SIC time & University RATP can get hired at frontier. Frontier company website says 1500hrs minimum. Have anyone heard of a part 141 R-ATP regional FO being hired by frontier?
