All throughout my new hire experience (early 2022) we were hearing about the impending doom of AA and now seeing F9 position themselves (it seems) to pounce on that I gotta wonder. That being said, the point made earlier of the largest airline in the world growing larger seems unlikely

How would they be growing larger? They have more retirements in two years than we have pilots. Our new airplanes would replace their old airplanes and improve their efficiency. It would not be spun as growth but as maintaining size and service while operating under substantial industry pressures.
