Try being a Frontier customer…Just once…I have..It is a disaster. That is the number one reason to stay away. Cant imagine working at such a train wreck. Every day every leg. I was embarrassed for the crew and I was just a full fare paying passenger. No contract improvements can overcome the dumpster fire that Frontier has become

Crew was friendly and we were on time. The seats admittedly start feeling harder and harder the longer you get into a trans con. However "dumpster fire day in and day out" does not accurately describe this place even though we, and mostly our ground crews to include gate agents, do have our list of issues to deal with, things to work on and we could use more support from the company at times.
At one point or another I've been hosed by pretty much every airline I've flown on whether it was rude employees, weather, missed connections, mx delays etc... stuff happens just have to know how to deal with it.

Not sure, but considering he works for Alaska and just goes to other sections to complain about airlines except Delta in his most recent posts, probably just some guy who is upset with his life.
I too have flown Frontier as a full paying customer... Paid for my stuff showed up, flight was like 20 mins late, boarded and left. no issues.

We’ve definitely got things to improve, but I have flown F9 with my family on purchased tickets many times and it mostly has been perfectly fine. I think sometimes we lose our perspective. One time we purchased tickets on Delta and they were so f’d up that we ended up renting a car and driving the 19 hours home.

I flew with my family on United over Xmas.
United Canceled 2 flights for no apparent reason making us fly on Xmas morning. 6am departure, 2 FAs no show. One finally showed up, the last one didn't until 3.5 after departure time. In all that time they never catered the plane. No coffee, no snacks, no food. And the wifi was broken. When we landed, one bag was lost and we waited over an hour and a half for the rest of them.
Not real impressive service for $800/ ticket
