Trying to get my wife an ID90 ticket but the website only offers Jumpseat or dispatch options. Is there a way to get an ID 90 for a spouse? Maybe DAL and Frontier do not even have an agreement for ID90 travel?

we do not have a non-rev agreement with Delta….only jumpseat I believe.
