Are frontiers sim instructors seniority list pilots?

Most are, but they are pushing to get rid of all the seniority list instructors for non seniority list instructors.

I don't mind a previous seniority list guy instructing, but a lot of these guys never worked here and know nothing of our operation or SOPs according to some check airman and other sim instructors that I have talked to.

Also, BL is pushing to get the LCAs hired by HR people, instead of other LCA panels.

"line pilots as sim instructors"- still others were #1 on guys do not fly list when they were active F9 Pilots (50 years ago), then became sim instructors, and couldn't track student folders and paperwork and caused some re-currents to be re-ran to comply with the FAA
