Is PHL growing or are the captain vacancies just from attrition?

I am to lazy to reach the extra 6'' to get my Ipad and look ,but if your curious look back at the block hrs in the monthly bid packets.

Historically PHL has been under staffed from what it could be. With the uptick in NYC and New England I would expect growth or a new base, but again the block hrs is the best indicator.
