I'm thinking just the opposite. Having more minority investors in the mix would make selling a majority stake at a later time all that more difficult.

Anything that follows the bolded text will never happen. He is a liar. You should never believe anything he tells you, your union or anyone else on payroll for the Holdings companies. He views employees as a liability not an asset. You see when he lies to a pilot it is not a sin or wrong because it was a pilot not a human being. That is his thought process. If you remember this in the future you will not be disappointed when he lies to you again.
