Frontier Hiring.

As of 4/1 the junior FO in MCO shows a date of hire of December 2016. For ORD it's October 2016. No idea how long it'll take to hold a line, however.

I got hired at 2,510 TT and 103 TPIC with a 4-year. Spent a year and a half at the regionals when I was offered a job. Went to a job fair as well. I think you're pretty competitive with those numbers as long as Frontier is the place you want to be. After a lot of forethought, I turned down the offer. Not to say F9 isn't a great place to work. Great group of guys and gals. Good luck!

Easier to get to perhaps, but where ever you hold long call rsv or a relief line first may be better. Something to consider anyway. I have a friend who commutes from PA and holds relief in Den. Working out nice for him.

They are preferred mins according to their own website. Doubt they can afford not to make exceptions for qualified people. Especially if they have years in the right seat 121.
Preferred Minimums:
•2500 hours total time
•750 hours multi-engine fixed wing*¹
•500 hours pilot in command (PIC)*²
•500 hours jet/turbo-prop

I cover a family of 4 on the traditional plan. I think I get about $250 taken out of each pay check.
$25 copay at Dr. $75 copay at urgent care and $100 copay at the ER

Pretty standard stuff. An HSA is available. Insurance is thru United Healthcare. 3 types of plans, cheapo, traditional and not cheapo.

I cover a family for less than that (legacy airline). This is hopefully being rectified by your negotiating committee.

Another deal breaker (no vote) if it isn't fixed
