I wasn't aware we were having a conversation to begin with. It just seemed like you wanted to come here, derail the thread, and complain like a child not getting their way. It's not perfect here, but I think you know just as well as I do that those same rules/contract that don't always bend to your liking also provide the job protections that keep a pessimistic "ever-the-victim" person that complains endlessly gainfully employed at a salary you'd never touch in the real labor market.
