Also, showing up to class now is sending a loud and clear message to management and every Pilot here that you think managements’ behavior recently is just fine by you. That you’re happy to work for half pay. That you’re just fine with management cancelling your vacation whenever they want with no repurcussions. That you are willing to actively fight against your fellow pilots who are trying very hard to get the industry standard contract we MORE than deserve at this point.
Coming here until we get a new contract is doing a massive disservice to yourself, to F9 pilots, and to all airline pilots industry wide. Think very very hard about it before you commit to that class date.
But that’s just my advice. Take it or leave it.

I do appreciate the caution and hesitation with F9 right now! Just like you guys hired there the last few years, I will probably go the hotel route with another classmate unless one of you guys has a crash pad you have a opening in?

If you come to Frontier in this environment and wind up on a trip with me, you will have the pleasure of enduring three or four days of hearing about what a fukking idiot you are for coming here, I don’t give a rat’s ass what your “personal situation” is. There will be no sleeping, there will be no reading, there will be no playing Candy Crush on your phone. There will simply be watching the clouds go by, looking for traffic, flying by the letter of the book, and listening to me bltch at you. The following week when I fly with someone who has some common sense, things will be back to normal.
Oh, and BTW, call the company or prostans to whine about it. I couldn’t possibly care less

Clearly you don't. Coming here before a new contract is the worst career decision you can make. You are actively hurting yourself and every other pilot. You will make more money, have better benefits, work in a more pleasant environment, and have a better chance at a good career by going to ANY regional over F9 right now. This is not hyperbole or exaggeration. It is fact. This pilot group (including the union with the frontierpilotfacts.com site) is practically screaming at you to stay away, but you are going to choose to stick your head in the sand? Well, you'll get what you deserve i guess. Terrible pay, terrible working environment, no vacation, lousy benefits, crap for retirement, be stuck on reserve a lot longer than you think, and the most hostile angry antagonistic hateful lying cheating despicable management team you ever dreamed of working for. Have fun.

Ha!! This person just had this to say about Air Wisconsin just a month ago.
So, you want people to listen to your advice on your thread but you have no qualms about ignoring and stabbing in the back, the many here that have warned you about Frontier and what coming here right now means. You said you were coming here soon from Air Wisconsin, right.
