Does Frontier give you a positive space seat to/from the interview by chance?

I saw them at a job fair a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything. Current 121, 3900TT, 2300 SIC, 4 year degree, no training failures, no background issues.

The form says 3 requires Chief Pilot approval.
Interviewed last week. 7 of 12 were hired - I was not one of them. Current 121 (FO) , 3300 TT, 800 ME/Turbine, 2000 PIC single engine piston. 2 checkride failures on my record (COMM SE and CFI-A oral)

Sorry you didn’t get selected. Did they say what class they were likely hiring for? Also at least one person in my interview group it was their second try and they got hired. So don’t give up if frontier is really where you want to be.

Yeah they said to be persistent that day as well. We shall see, I don't have time to spend days doing pre employment paperwork and travelling only to have no idea what they are really looking for. And then pay for my own hotel through training. Hopefully something better comes along within six months.
They were talking June/July classes, July sounded more likely.

Yeah well it's a 6 figure job, so I guess that isn't worth a little effort. Attitude is everything.

Sounds to me like they sniffed out you don’t care that much about wanting to work for Frontier.

The decision on whom is pilot flying for each leg is at the Captain’s discretion. And it is my belief that Restricted ATPs are inherently unsafe as they chose to skip both the regional and corporate worlds; in other words, you need more time to watch because I’m not going to be your IOE instructor. I won’t say you’ll never fly, but for me possible disqualifiers include but are not limited to: winds 5kts or greater, falling precipitation, night-time, mountainous terrain, wake turbulence near large airports, ceilings below 5,000ft, visibility below 10sm, and high traffic congestion. These safety restrictions will remain in effect throughout your probationary year at Frontier.

Thank you for acting as a crutch to a crippled hiring process, we don’t know what we would have done without you.
