I know for certain JetBlue's j/s committee wasn't pre-informed.

Hoping the lack of communication about this is due to it not applying to those jumpseating/commuting, just employee non revs. You'd just have to list at the gate, where on a normal day the outsourced agents are totally overwhelmed, let alone the day they're switching platforms. Good times.

Travel embargo for jumpseaters lifted. Gate agents are supposed to list OAL's as well as F9 jumpseaters. March7th-9th

So can non F9 pilots list for the JS now? I'm looking to catch a flight today and don't want to show up early if it's not going to work.

Please see post #13 above. Embargo has been lifted, and you should be good to go.

From an internal communication:
"Jumpseat Requests on Frontier ARE available! Frontier is changing gate software this weekend from Sabre to Navitaire. Non-revenue travel on Frontier is UNavailable Saturday, March 7 - Monday, March 9. Frontier and other airline pilots, flight attendants and dispatchers ARE ALLOWED to jumpseat during Navitaire cutover. Since bookings/listings cannot be done in ID90, gate agents will have to manually list jumpseaters for flights through March 9, 2015. If any of your jumpseaters are told they are not allowed to Jumpseat, tell gate agents to refer to the their PNP briefing and Quick Reference 80.10 Jumpseat." |
