Anybody hear about flow to WestJet?

Anybody have details about this additional flying out of SLC?

I've heard DTW domicile is to shrink to grow RDU (and maybe SLC?). Anybody have #s ?

Anybody in training getting awarded DTW? Seems like nobody is allowed to bid into there anymore.

Would make sense. I think Delta was going to buy like 25% of WestJet. The Korean Air deal was just concluded. Canada is the major customer area not covered by a Delta JV. GoJet already does WestJet listed flights/cities. WestJet is expanding rapidly. Maybe a Delta/WestJet partnership is the answer to Norwegian Air and the like. GoJet needs a flow. Delta needs GoJet for a cheap inroad into competitor's cities.

Perhaps a joint domicile in DTW or YYZ?

Sorry, the rumor I heard was Spirit, not WestJet. I was confusing that with something else. Although I think it would make sense to flow to an allied airline than to a competitor. And I was just adding an afterthought, not replying to myself.

Yeah I've heard the flow to spirit is pretty much a done deal. And yeah we will be picking up Salt lake flying as of next month
