Question: What are GoJet's upgrade requirements? Ultimately, I'm wondering if they will honor 121.436 where "a pilot may credit 500 hours of military flight time obtained as pilot in command of a multiengine turbine-powered, fixed-wing airplane in an operation requiring more than one pilot."
Thanks in advance for your insight.

Yes we allow the military credit. Therefore you will need 500 hours Part 121 SIC experience to upgrade if you have the qualifying military time. Other than the 121.436 requirements we need 2,500 hours total time.
Thank you for your service!

It really boils down to seniority and base like everything else. A guy who comments on this forum often is a DEC and has been a line holding Captain for the majority of his time here, he has a few months seniority over me. I've been here for a little over a year and flew about 90% left seat largely because I was able to be a line holder a few times. Captains 4 numbers below me in seniority have flown much more FO flying as reserve pilots and have not had a line, however one DEC I'm a ware of gets over 100 hours credit every month because he picks up Captain open time on his days off, it's a lot of work but it pays off. As a line holder Captain you will only fly left seat, reserves are at the mercy of open time. I tell DEC's to plan 18 months of reserve, this isn't always the case but can certainly happen. A few of the DEC's I have hired have come from airlines where they have been reserve FO's for three years or so. They are largely happy with this arrangement especially for the pay boost.
Our Captains are Captains not Captain Qualified FO's they receive the same pay wherever they sit. I have a friend at another carrier that upgraded immediately after FO training, he barely flies at all, but when he does he is only flying as Captain, however he has been on reserve for three years. I would personally rather be flying and building TT than sitting short call in a crash pad.

So to answer your question I’d say go to G7 if you want to be paid as a captain at a regional and be based in ORD

Thank you for your support! While I don't have all of the 500 yet it will certainly be nice to have some credit. I'm also guessing that the 2500TT is FW only correct?

That is what I thought as well, however it is total time. Remember, upgrade isn't all about flight time a large portion is maturity, experience within flight hours and preparation.

We will longevity match (pay and vacation) up to ten years.
Current ten year pay scale:
CA: $92.63 ($93.79 Mar 2019)
FO: $46.01 ($46.59 Mar 2019)

Don’t forget to mention that if they bring their longevity over then they won’t get a raise until they’ve been at GoJet that long
Example: If a pilot comes from say ExpressJet with 5 years seniority. That pilot will be paid at the 5 year GoJet rate, however that pilot will not receive a raise until they have been at GoJet over 6 years.
On the bright side you will receive that rate during your 18 months of FO reserve, uhm I mean direct entry captain reserve.

Yep. You can come to GoJet with 10 years seniority and make a bit more than first year pay at Endeavor.
