Technically one is not a SCAB until they cross a picket line.

Doesn’t change the industry-wide reputation of the company.

Ah yes, then let’s find other ways to undermine the efforts of one union so then you won’t be a scab. How can anyone justify what happened with the creation of GoJet?

They pay. I think it is a little less than what members pay. But not much less.

I’m actually looking forward to seeing it fail.
Ummmm just thinking out loud here, doesn’t it make perfect sense that he’s a non-union pilot given that he’s (according to your post) a management pilot, and thus negotiating against the union and on behalf of your company? Ie conflict of interest if he’s privy to all the union correspondence?

I understand the reason for editing the post to remove names, but have to ask why the OP even put up the check pilot's name to begin with? The man is an FAA designee, and required to pass or fail the guy on the basis of his performance, not his union membership or lack of same.

We're he to judge anyone for a type rating based on anything other than demonstrated aeronautical knowledge and ability he would at a minimum lose his designation and might very well open himself to both civil and criminal penalties. Is that really what you expect he should do?

He’s got a point. I always steer anti-union types towards careers in corporate aviation, where their rugged individualism can be more richly rewarded, unencumbered by collective bargaining and other socialist stink.
