Any details besides an extremely vague statement? Such as who this “birdie” is or etc

I’d be curious to know, I understand trans state losing flying, but where is the prof of Gojet?

There won’t be any tears shed over blowjetzzz closing up shop. It would actually be a great thing for the industry. Let the alter-ego die.

I would avoid GoJet if I was looking for a job. They are about to lose both the United and Delta flying.

I think that’s just the next logical step for mainline. New, more lucrative CPA’s would need to be renegotiated In order for some of these non wholly owned regionals to remain competitive in attracting new pilots. In my opinion they would rather have more control of their product at a wholly owned

Ah, but when you have a wholly owned workforce providing essentially the same services, albeit on a slightly smaller airframe (and the difference between an E-175 and an E-190 is slight, they are covered by the same type rating) how does a negotiator even begin to refute the assertion that the E-175 guys ought to be making the same money - or very close to it - that the pilots flying the smaller narrow bodies at AA and DAL make?

Barring there being non-wholly owned, like Skywest and others, how can you say these regionals aren't REALLY our pilots, they operate under different rules.

Don't believe for a moment it isn't in the main lines best interest to keep distance between themselves and the regionals. They never had to allow the regionals to survive to begin with.
