Realistic outlook on “flow” to spirit.
I have conditional offers from both GoJet and PSA. What is the process for a new hire to spend time at GoJet and move to Spirit. Does a new hire who expresses an interest have to wait until all other senior to him makes a decision or applies before being considered? What is the personality test, some trick test to avoid hiring someone? If I enter training will I realistically look at heading there in as little as 2 Year’s, as stated in some marketing materials.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I know a new hire can opt in, my main question is how long will it realistically take for it to become "my turn". Will I have to wait for everyone else senior to me to transition on the pathway before me.
Here is an example.. if there are 8 per month moving over, that is 96 pilots a year. by the time you get through training it will take about 2 years to have the minimum time. 96 x 2 = 192. If I was the 193rd pilot on the list I would move over right after my 2 years, but if I was number 400 it would take an additional 2 years beyond attaining the minimums before my number was up and given the opportunity to transition to spirit. So that would make the whole process take about 4 years from completing training to a job at spirit.
Does this sound correct?

The pipeline is happening. Although the communication from the company regarding the pipeline is basically non-existent. I am going to Spirit after 3.5 years here. I’ve known FOs who went right after the minimum 2 years employment. There isn’t an extreme interest in the pipeline, so if it’s something you’re interested in, there is a real possibility you could be at Spirit within 2-3 years.

The pipeline is happening, although the company’s communication regarding the program is nearly non-existent. I am going after 3.5 years (and an upgrade). I know FOs who went after 2 years. There isn’t a ton of interest from pilots across the board and plenty are failing the assessment. But new hires shouldn’t have to take it moving forward. If it’s something you’d really be interested in, you could realistically be there in 2-3 years. Just don’t fail anything at G7.

This is laying it on pretty thick. What are the names of the FOs that supposedly flowed at 2 years? If the flow is working wouldn’t the recruiters want to share that information with the pilot group? I think that would encourage the pilots to do more referrals.
Why would the company communication regarding the flow be “non-existent” unless the flow itself were also non-existent?
Spirit Flow=Scam.
