It’s the same as envoy for a new hire at 8-9 years without outside attrition.

Depending on outside attrition I think flow for a new hire (key word) will settle around 7-8 years.
There are those who will flow in 5-6 that are currently on a WO seniority list that simply got lucky with their timing, but that shouldn’t be considered the norm.

Problem with flow is momma aal has to keep her wholly owned staffed. They will limit flow for that. Mil is giving up as much as they can. So it will be off the streets that pick up for the increase in retirements

They take 70% from their regionals. And, momma is already sucking their wholly owned’s dry. Thus, a street captain program for the 145 and 175.

Even Envoy isn't advertising a 5 year flow; they know it's more like 7-9 years for someone being hired today.

Delta has made no secret they are trying to reduce their regional carriers down to 3.. How likely do you think GoJet is going to be with continuing on a Delta contract? What do you think would happen to the company/pilots? Seems like the United contract wouldn't be enough to keep everything afloat.
Our CEO said last year he wanted us to expand our Delta flying as Delta is our smallest partner. So I would not be all that surprised to hear we were bidding on your CRJ flying next year.
And our performance has been stellar lately. In October we flew over 28,000 flights and we canceled a grand total of 2 flights.
No matter what, 2019 could be and likely will be, a very interesting year for the regional industry.
