When the hiring at all majors ramps up, I'd guess 6 years is more realistic. People aren't going to just AA from Envoy.

Here, let me chime in.
This is a repost of something I posted a while ago:
I recently flew with 2 FOs at 9E who were CAs at GoJet. They both went there for the promise of quick upgrade. They both upgraded quickly, but were almost exclusively flown as FOs, thus not logging any PIC time. They both had nearly the same horror stories about the training department and management. They both literally confirmed every story I've ever heard about GoJet.
They both left their CA positions at GoJet to be FOs at 9E.
That says quite a bit about GoJet.
To elaborate; both of these guys told similar stories about the training department. Both had prior 121 time and made it thru training with no problems, but they both witnessed several people in their classes busting orals and sim rides.
For example, the one guy mentioned a two hour oral. That is not industry standard anymore. AQP has completely changed the check ride system in the industry, at least everywhere but GoJet.
Yeah, I'm a troll, but after hearing these two guys, I hate to see anyone put their future career at risk. We can all have a bad training day, but it sounds like GoJet is off the rails on this.

My comment had nothing to do with the training. Although terrible with an excessively high failure rate, my comment mainly referred to the extreme hatred senior management has for all employees. The culture there is the absolute worst. Youre talking about a piece of sht operator that fires people frequently for fmla and mil leave. Management will exploit all possible loopholes in the contract, use and abuse employees, and make your life a living hell. Is it worth risking your career over?

I know that the posts on here make this place sound like it's hell on earth, but they are making it sound much better than it actually is.
If you go to work at this place, you will spend the rest of your life asking yourself why. Why did you go there after you read how bad it is? Why did you you take the chance of destroying your career when everyone was warning you? Why?
I have seen no sense of morality in any level of management at this company.
