Default Pros and cons from CURRENT G7pilots

I've read just about everything posted about G7 in the last couple years, and a lot about the past negativity for this co.
I would like to hear only from CURRENT pilots, or ones who just moved on:
What do you like?
What don't you like?
If you were starting today, would you still come here?
Rough size (comparatively) of the different bases? I'm interested in DEN...how long to get there?
Good/bad/ugly about the DEC or "near-DEC" program. I have over 5000 hrs. of 121, but from 10 yrs. ago.
(Well aware that you will be on reserve a long time....I'm planning to move to base.)
Thanks

Send me a private email and I will answer your questions. The good and bad. I'm at G7.

Gojet flies for United out of Denver. Their United operations are moving to Chicago and Newark. If you want Denver perhaps you should consider Skywest? TSA?

Thanks, I'll look into those.
Do you know if DEN is a big base for SkyWest?

It will be the “biggest hub” by summer for Skywest.... not sure if that translates to the biggest base but it has been growing the past several months (aling with COS)

UAL is growing the Denver hub. Trans States is increasing its operation in Denver as well.

You mentioned that you read all the negative things about Gojet, have you read all the negative things about Skywest?

If you read through all of the forums for each of the companies, part 91, 135, Regional and Majors, you will notice that every one of the companies is terrible to work for and all of them do nothing but enslave their employees. However, with very few exceptions, specifics aren't mentioned, they are a matter of opinion.
