GoJet announces flow to Frontier

GoJet just announced a "no interview" flow to Frontier Airlines.

Frontier would like to triple in size in the next 5-6 years.
And has 180 airplanes on order.

Requirements:
2 years with GoJet
No bad marks on your time with G7

True flow. 2-4 pilots per month.
NOT a "pathway". By seniority, for those who "opt in."

So, it's the TSH flow to F9. Is it like the others, where TSH convinced F9 to not accept OTS apps from TSA or Compass?

Seems like it.
We were told; Unless you're already in their app process, there is now no other route to F9 from G7, except through the flow.

Have they said when a new hire would “expect” to flow?

600 pilots, 2 per month, so approx. 25 years.

This. Unlikely you will ever see more than two per month.

Maybe it’s just a way to get rid of the “lifers”. They hop over to Frontier and fail out of training. GoJet gets a win by losing a high cost CA.

Don't think G7 can afford to 'get rid' of any CAs.
The word was 15 CAs moved on up in Feb., and 23 in March.

Currently buying back vacation, and paying 300% for CAs to pick up open flying in April.

Lots of flying to go around.

More like TSH sees that F9 is hiring regional FOs and has a half-decent new contract. GoJet gets a win by not having a Piedmont-style run for the door.

This. All the TSH airlines now have flow to F9. It's stop-loss for the hemorrhaging FO attrition.
