Delta NOT renewing GoJet contract.

Company memo on DeltaNet this morning. Not renewing Compass and GoJet. Consolidating from 5 regionals to 3.

As if everyone wasn't already trying to move on. Now is the time!

It's time for rebranding:

"NoJet" or "StopJet"

How many total CRJ 700/900 aircraft were on the Delta contract? Can’t find anything anywhere. Wikipedia only has the current number after those that were returned to Endeavor.

There were 22 CR7s in 2014 but I wasn't keeping track prior to that so I don't know if this is answering your question or not. 2 CR7s left in 1Q2019 so Gojet operated 20 through the summer.

The 7 CR9s joined brand new between May-Sep 2015.

One of the Delta owned, Gojet operated frames (N369CA) flew from STL to AMA yesterday. Is that the first one being sold to Skywest, to operate for AA?

From the Skywest 10Q 8-5-2019
"SkyWest Airlines also entered into an agreement with American to place ten used CRJ700s under a multi-year contract beginning in late 2019. The Company anticipates acquiring seven CRJ700 aircraft from a third party and internally sourcing three CRJ700 aircraft through upcoming scheduled contract expirations."
