"Large Bonus"? That bonus is spread over a long period of time. At Skywest, Endeavor, and Republic they call that "large bonus,", biweekly pay checks.

If you take into consideration the difference in pay it does not take long to come out ahead by going to an airline that will be around in 2 or 3 years. Most of the standup at Skywest are 6 to 7 hours of credit a day. Are they up to a 4 hour guarantee at GJ now?

Skywest is not taking DECs, Gojet bonus for DECs is $20,000 on first pay check, $15,000 after IOE, and $10,000 after 1 year. No strings attached.

"No strings attached"? So they can finish IOE, get the next 15k and then leave and just wave goodby?

With the bonus, a DEC is probably ahead of a skywest pilot after one year but by year 3 a skywest guy will be ahead. Skywest has a lot of incentives and bonuses. After that GJ is not in the same area.

The first 20,000 are conditional to attending and finishing all training. How long does it take to upgrade at Skywest?
