Have you thought about XJT? They have a 145 program and are AQP. Their training is good, as I have recently gone through it. It’s AQP and they’ll work with most people as long as they are putting in effort and have a good attitude.

Also I was a SkyWest the year prior and resigned from training because I was making slow progress in the sims I was very behind.
Harder than I realized going from little Cessnas to flying a CRJ.

I had failed my checkride at GoJet back in January. They said I would be welcome to reapply in 6 months. They messaged me a couple of days after I left to tell me the DO said to tell me yes definite re-reapply. I figured they were my best chance after having a checkride failure. I was really close just made some done mistakes but I was out of time.

This job isn’t for everyone. Doesn’t make him a bad person. Honestly, if he was making 3 times the money before why not just go back to that line of work?
