GoJet does not really have a flow to Spirit, what they have is called a "pathway agreement". Here are the guidelines:
*All participants must have completed a minimum of 2 years of service at GoJet.
* You have to be a CA for 1 year.
* No check ride failures in the past 2 years, and no more than 1 failure in the last 5 years.
*No Disciplinary actions in the record.
After all that, you take the assessment exam and interview with Spirit.
So is more like a guaranteed interview.

But Guys,
At the Gojet recruiting events, Gojet shows a big pie chart of where all their pilots have gone to after Gojet. I'm sure they want to have as many pilots flow to Spirit as possible so they can do more recruiting!
I'm sure they really want all the Gojet pilots to move onto the majors because they are such a caring organization.
It's all about the love.

If I may revive this thread for my own question. I am hearing that GoJet pilots cannot go to Spirit outside of pathway program. I have yet to see this anywhere in writing. Is there any truth to this? If so, can anyone provide where the reference is?

the agreement says that you have to be at least 2 years at GoJet, one of those as a CA. It does not say that you can not get hired outside of it, but I have heard that is what happens. Although I have gotten some info directly from Spirit saying that they don’t care.

I was always told two years if you do upgrade you must stay one year but upgrade is not mandatory. Not sure if that’s what you were saying also. Just wanted clarification if I understand it correctly
