Yes someone on the other forum just burst my bubble and informed me they have changed the rules. Literally just two days ago I saw it was 60K! I checked the website just then and it says now (March only)!! What a bummer!!!!

You can expect your bonus to be taxed about 30% from the get go, so U.S will retain that much from your bonus and you might get some of if back when you file for taxes for the year depending on your tax bracket. So if your initial bonus is for example $10,000, expect to receive only $7,000 with your pay check.
Neither Commutair or Expressjet take tax from your sign on bonus. Do you know for a fact that Gojet deduct tax from your bonus check?

If those airlines don't take out the taxes, you will get slammed with a huge tax bill at the end of the year. I highly doubt that the do not take taxes out.

They do not tax the bonus as employee earnings. You get a 10-99 so you have to figure it out when you file your taxes based on your situation.

Sorry to hear. Did they give you a feedback as to the things they were not happy with?
