Pay
- Starting First Officer pay: $38.36/flight hour
- Per Diem: $1.90

It’s possible there’s a different timeline with the new bonuses, however. Pilots hired in 2021 were recently awarded what essentially amounts to retention bonuses. Since we hired on when no bonuses were offered, when the company start to announce new hire bonuses, they also told the rest of us that previously owed bonuses that had to be rescinded due to COVID would be honored, and that 2021 hires would get monthly bonus installments based on length of active service this year.
