Flying for GoJet means joining a diverse pilot group that includes military pilots, high time pilots, and recent flight instructors who have transitioned into commercial flying. We look forward to welcoming you to the GoJet family!

Top tier pay baby. Everyone say it with me, TOP TIER PAY.

So is that before or after you get junior manned for the 5th time this month?

That’s because the never-ending contract negotiations are in arbitration and there is widespread hope that the negotiations will conclude by then, and also that there will be pay increases across the board to at least be marginally competitive with the industry average pay rates.

Per the memo today, looks like bonuses will be distributed to those who are owed from pre covid. Early stages of new hire bonuses and incentives for current pilots on property on the horizon.

Looks like the bonuses still put pay less than most of the other regionals.

What about interest and damages for not being paid on time? If I have a trip on monday and finally show up at the airport on wednesday, is Hulas going to say, "close enough".

Even with the Bonuses, the pay at other regionals greatly out paces that of Gojet.

Contract negotiations, I've been at 2 companies where negotiations dragged out. Finally we signed contracts. The first went out of business less than 2 weeks after finally signing, and the second was a month or two.

I'm optimistic about Gojet though. Well, if they can get pilots, and all that will take is a little money.

i have had 4 times in 2 years where GoJet just forgot to pay me. One of those times was the the mid December paydate, so Christmas was fun lol. I had to fight and beg for my earned pay each time and then get a papercheck 2-3 weeks later.

No pay increases due to increased cost of headsets for ramp crews.
