Future of G7?

Future of G7?
Things are looking a little "difficult " here at G7. It's making me question things since this is my first airline. With the input of thoee that are experienced. How is this place looking in the next 2 years or 5 years. ?

The fact that with the majors hiring thousands in the next few months, and GoJet being one of the lowest paying regionals with the worst QOL, will the airline still be open in 24 months. If it is still open, will it be a shell of what it is today with only a few captains hanging on?
Also, if offered a job at any major airline, why would anyone stay at GoJet?

Dude you need to do more research…
They’re are other places that have worse paying than G7, you can also make money here too. Take advantage of the premium pay. There were a few junior FOs that credited 166+ for the month of September. If you wanna fly a lot and upgrade ASAP, get your time and get outz this is the place to be G7 is also not the only one struggling to keep Captains. Company sees that, they’re working with the union. Believe it or not, they’re are other places that are struggling even more than G7. Does not matter where you go, you’re gonna have people complain 24/7 and those people are stuck here cause they have nothing else to do and be mad. G7 isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

Gojet understands that the Gojet pilots do what they are told and take what they are given. All they need to do is recruit more using the one time bonuses. The pilots need to put a stop to paying pilots outside of the contract. The union lawyer thinks they can do that, they can't. They entered into some kind of agreement to allow that because the union lawyers thought they were giving up nothing. They need to end that.
Then they need to go to the company and propose an industry leading contract. Not just something that has higher pay scales but something where, after all is said and done, the Gojet pilots are paid more than the other airlines.
Next they need to make Hulas understand that with option one, doing what he is doing, that GoJet closes. But, with the industry leading pay, clearly leading, they survive and prosper.
Having known Hulas for 30 years, well, goodby Gojet.
