Off topic. But how tough is GO jets interview? is there a written or sim eval?

And how are the pass rates on the new hire classes.

First, a sincerely idiotic paralell to the plight of African Americans and gayjet pilots, and now, after all the animosity and revealing posts as to the real feeling towards the gayjet debacle, there is STILL a genius who wants to know how the interview is and how hard he is going to have to work to get on with the industry leader in whoring..... That is priceless.... The interview goes like this:

Idiot gayjet interviewer: What do birds and airplanes do?
You: They, uh, fly.
IGI: And what do both have in common?
You: Wings.
IGI: Do you have any friends in the industry?
You: Yes sir, alot...
IGI: Not any more... Welcome to gayjets!

Now, go study... You'll be fine... And good luck. You'll be a great addition to the Confederacy of Dunces.....

I am going out there and putting a post. First, to be honest I only got to page 4 and then skipped to end of the forum. I have used these forums and others for a long time. When they used to be for legit questions and answers and some networking. Now it seems in forums like this one, by the time you get 2 pages into it is way off the original question.

I like when people mention their airline has a "strong pilot group". That is definitely a good thing. Remember when no matter who you worked for you were all buddies. I know tons of retired guys who flew Pan Am, TWA, and all those guys who turned in Delta and American, and guess what??? Till this day I never heard one of them ***** and moan about each other as pilots, maybe the MANAGEMENT (CEOs and others) but never Never NEVER against one each other.

Things will get better on the regional side of aviation once (like mention in this forum) minimums get raised. McDs worker doesn't make nearly what the winner of Hell's Kitchen will make :-)!. But look at all that ****e those guys have to put up with. But do you notice, Ramsey always opens a bottle with them.

Who ever does that is opening the airline up to being sued. I pretty sure every app I filled out said Equal Opportunity. Then, once the win the lawsuit, that will lower pay even more maybe your job all together. Have a great day

Unlikley. You could sue, but probably not win.

I've interviewed and hired many people, and I remember the law well...Equal Opportunity applies ONLY to those specifically named in the law. I'm pretty sure it didn't say anything about gojetters...or any other variety of scab.

It would probably be legal for a company to not hire a gojetter simply based on the fact that he worked under circumstances at odds with the hiring company's philosphy.

But it would never come to that...anyone who declines a gojetter is not going to write that down in the interview notes, lol. They will just downgrade the subjective grading for interpersonal skills or something like that. "I wasn't there, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!"

On a lighter note...I may be heading to ORD for a while. Perhaps I'll get to tell a gojet JSer to pound sand

Hate to break it to you, but GoJet pseudo-SCABs aren't part of any protected class. They have no grounds to file suit if a company doesn't hire them.
