This should be a red flag for all:

Not Strom Direct is "placing". This company appears to be a pilot labor provider for aircraft owners wishing to outsource pilots, not an aircraft operator. Nothing to see here.

Looking at the web site's blog, all the entries are about 5 years old: http://www.stromdirect.com/blog.asp

Add in the GoDaddy private domain by proxy and no security certificate on the web site, I'd say Strom Direct appears to be a hobby more than a serious employer/headhunter.
