No telling what it thought she was-but the Lidar should easily have seen her in time to stop.
I’m telling y’all. This technology is crap right now. It’s dangerous and should not be allowed on public roads until it is more mature.
Sad that someone is dead, but this will be stopped. If stupid ass regulators who don’t understand the technology won’t stop it, civil judgements for tens or hundreds of millions damned sure will.
