TSA/FAA open CASS to all airlines

From today's IPA News:

The testing is over and the Cockpit Access Security System (CASS)
has received final approval from the TSA and FAA. Initially,
CASS was implemented as a test program and was only open to airlines
represented by the ATA. Now that the test period is over, CASS
is a permanent jumpseat program and is open to all airlines that
wish to participate.

Int'l Flights

Can anybody confirm if one can fly CASS on int'l flights going (or coming) to the US? Thanks

CASS is not available for international flights. Yet.

I believe that is set to change later this year and in 2008. Jumpseat cmte chairs feel free to chime in...
