Lake Jessup is well east and Allegiant was landing from west to east. He is right. He is also a complete ****ing idiot for comm jamming the freq with Allegiant inbound. Typical ****bag with too much money and no brains and total disregard for someone else trying to get a jet on the ground. Someone needs to give him fist to mouth resucitation!

The jet calls inbound with 3000# on board. That is bad. That is about 30 minutes at cruise. Down low I'm guessing that is about 20 minutes of 200 kt cruise IF the gauges are accurate. At Go around power the MD-80 burns about 10,000# per side! They did not have time to fool around. Good job Allegiant. (even though I hate those guys :D)
