In desperate need of a divorce lawyer

She can call all she wants, because if she does (and I have told her to call, begged her even) because she is the worse transgressor in almost ever situation, having used violence against me. I have called the police on her before and had her arrested for assault in front of my toddle children so... I am not worried and in reality, she is the one that should be worried. And really, she is doing a lot of this stuff in front of our children and showing them what kind of person she really is and that is far worse in my opinion than calling the police on their dad.
And I do have a digital audio and video recorder, just tough to have them going when the sh*t hits the fan. It's hard to place them somewhere and just leave them- more difficult for the video naturally, audio I can carry around with me, but I am very afraid that she will find it or that it will fall out of my pocket and I leave it somewhere...

Don't matter, when the police come for you play the recording for them. Let them get you for "dual consent" bid deal. Better yet when the argument starts pull out the recorder state to her she is being recorded and protect yourself.

You seem to misunderstand.
I’m not going talking about you getting in trouble, I’m talking about whatever you record being admissible in court.
That is the only reason one would want to record something - especially under the table all secret like right?

Ok, lemme just say, huh? Have no idea who Chad is, et al....
Honestly, and I'm sure I will catch flak for this, but she is really not the cheating type. Now, that's not to say it couldn't happen, BUT up to this point I can say with a pretty high level of confidence that she has not, nor would she cheat on me. Unless of course it is Bruce Willis. Don't ask me, but she has always had a thing for him so.... Unless he shows up at our door, I think I am pretty safe. Hell, I wish she would cheat on me so I would have something to go to a judge with, aside from her being a sh*tty mother and wife!! Anyways, my kids would have noticed something by now and would have told me...at least the older one would have.

Yeah, I have looked into laws about recording before, but it was our previous state of residence, so now I have to look for our current state. Our previous state was pretty liberal about that sort of thing and was more likely to rule in favor of the husband/father and my current state is much more conservative in that they tend to rule more in favor of the wife/mother so...

I agree with researching the laws of your current state and the state in which the divorce will be filed if not your current residence.
